The Japanese word ‘働く’ means ‘work’. Now, it has the same meaning as ‘earning money’. But this chinese character simply means ‘a person moves’. It consists of ‘人(person)’ and ‘動(move)’. And, when some people feel good by your moving, the word is used. For example, I write this blog. If you feel something good reading it, I may say it’s my work with confidence.
I am a child welfare related staff and earn money. What I think in my mind is ‘What am I supposed to do to make children and people feel good?’ Then, ideas come one after another in my work. I move just following the ideas.
The result is not always good, but I have never made a big mistake. If you struggle to deal with tasks, how about change your mind?
